A little bit of a fusion here with a Mexican Egg Roll Recipe! We combined Chinese Cuisine with Mexican cuisine to make this delicious appetizer/snack! Our recipe made about 10-12 egg rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- RGS Taco seasoning
- Half a white onion
- Half a jalapeño
- 1/3c corn
- 2/3 block of cream cheese
- 1/3c Monterrey jack cheese
- Nasoya egg rolls (in vegan section of grocery store)
