Mexican Egg Roll

A little bit of a fusion here with a Mexican Egg Roll Recipe! We combined Chinese Cuisine with Mexican cuisine to make this delicious appetizer/snack! Our recipe made about 10-12 egg rolls

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts
• RGS Taco seasoning
• Half a white onion
• Half a jalapeño
• 1/3c corn
• 2/3 block of cream cheese
• 1/3c Monterrey jack cheese
• Nasoya egg rolls (in vegan section of grocery store)
